MyClubSite also has a Noticeboard that allows you to put fixtures, match reports, notices and photographs up on the site quickly and simply. If you can send an email, you can use this site – it is designed to be as easy as possible.
Useful Features
With MyClubSite you can protect any page, post or section from non-registered members if you wish too. We think this is very important – particularly so that the opposition can’t see the team sheet, tactics, or that your best player is out injured!
Seriously though, this feature does allow sections, pages or posts to remain private if required.
Club Email Addresses
With MyClubSite, members can have their own email addresses if they want. You can set up generic email addresses such as captain@yourclubname.com that can be redirected to the club member who holds that honour this year. Everyone gets to know the email addresses and they don’t keep changing every year.
Members Get The Information
Every time a entry is made on the notice board as well as being displayed on the site all your members will be informed about it via email.
No more ‘well I didn’t see the notice board’.
Share The Work
With MyClubSite, the job of updating the site can be shared with other club members. You can set up different people with editor privileges so the Fixtures Secretary can add the fixtures, the Coach can post practice times, the Manager can put up match reports, and the Social Secretary can let you when the next club barbecue is!
